Poems are great for capturing emotions and inspiration. Haiku especially is designed to capture a single moment and the beauty in it. This short form of poetry can be powerful and traditionally focuses on the beauty of nature in a fleeting moment.
This subject of being a writer is a bit more broad and accessible to more people. I will do my best to narrow my favorite writer things down to only five.
