Makoto, a karate kid, brings Laziness (a blue slug monster) and Procrastination (a blue and green snail) everywhere. And that’s just fine with him (at first). Then they make Makoto miss his karate belt test.

He learns that Laziness and Procrastination are his enemies. Makoto figures out how to fight them with his karate school’s Dojo Kun character traits such as doing his best, perseverance and self-discipline. It’s not easy, but he works hard and becomes “The Can-Do Karate Kid.”
